Terms of Service for Digital Items and Commercial Licensing

1. License Grant

By purchasing our digital products, you are granted a non-exclusive, commercial license to use the licensed asset in accordance with the following terms:

• The licensed asset may be incorporated into up to 5,000 physical or digital end products for sale.

• You may use the licensed asset for one business social media account that you own and manage.

• The licensed asset can be utilized in unlimited physical advertisements for local markets.

• You are permitted to use the licensed asset in digital paid advertisements with unlimited impressions.

• The licensed asset can be broadcasted and streamed to up to 500,000 lifetime viewers.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product is purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this no refund policy.

3. Restrictions

• The licensed asset may not be redistributed or made available for download in any format.

• You may not use the asset in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.

• Any use outside the scope of these terms will require a separate licensing agreement.

4. Modifications

Hilltop Botanicals reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the licensed asset signifies your acceptance of any updates to these terms.
